I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness. Instead of just looking at fat, calories and restrictions, I focus on all the areas of your life to see how it all connects. You are an individual and deserve guidance in the way that is best for you. As your coach I will work with you on goals and reaching those goals. I will not dictate a diet to you, but will work with you to explore the foods and lifestyle changes that will be most beneficial to you.

Integrative Nutrition™ Plate : The integrative nutrition plate emphasizes the importance of balanced, quality nutrition as well as the value of Primary Foods™ - your relationships, career, physical activity and spirituality. When your primary foods are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.
Crowding Out - Instead of outlining the food you can and can't eat, my approach is different. By eating and drinking foods that are better for you, you naturally have less room and desire for the unhealthy foods. Thus, we "crowd out" the less healthy choices.
